JONATHAN K. TACKETT, MD

Jonathan K. Tackett, MD is a board-certified physician from Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was born and raised.  He attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences on scholarship, graduating in 2015 with his degree as a Doctor of Medicine.  He was involved in various leadership positions, was president of surgical societies, and performed research in vascular surgery.  He ultimately did his residency training in Emergency and Family Medicine, serving as chief resident, with emphasis in trauma and critical care.  Dr. Tackett also had the privilege of being trained and mentored by a quadruple board-certified surgeon in Plastic, Vascular, and General Surgery and Family Medicine, which further advanced his procedural and technical skills.  Dr. Tackett moved to North Carolina in 2019, when he married his wife, Savannah.  He worked as an emergency physician for three years for the University of North Carolina and Novant Health care systems, eventually serving as an Associate Medical Director in the emergency department.  He is currently the Medical Director of several post-acute surgical rehabilitation facilities across North Carolina.  Dr. Tackett has also performed various skin care procedures since moving to North Carolina, and he brings a unique approach to aesthetic medicine due to his diverse medical background, with early training in different surgical fields, as well as extensive experience in emergency, family, and geriatric medicine. Dr. Tackett is excited to continue serving the people of North Carolina and to further his work in the field of aesthetic medicine.
